Our Travel Program is tailored for dedicated athletes aged 11-18 who are committed to competing at a high level of volleyball. Athletes in the program have opportunities to participate in regional and national tournaments, providing valuable exposure and experience — beneficial for college recruitment prospects. Led by our highly experienced Zuma Bay coaching staff, the training emphasizes technical mastery, strategic game play, conditioning, and mental toughness, ensuring participants are well-prepared physically and mentally for the demands of competitive volleyball. The program also fosters teamwork, leadership, and discipline, helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court. With a focus on individual growth and team success, our Travel Program aims to cultivate well-rounded athletes ready to excel at the next level.
THREE TEAM LEVELS
SoCal Level: ROGUE
Building Your Foundation for Competitive Play
Who This Level is For: New to the travel volleyball scene? The Rogue level is your launching pad. This program is designed for athletes who have completed our local program training or are taking their first steps into competitive club volleyball. If you're ready to challenge yourself beyond recreational play and experience tournament competition, Rogue is where your journey begins.
Competition Schedule: Rogue teams compete exclusively in SCSN (Southern California Scholastic Network) tournaments held in Orange County. With no out-of-state travel required, this level provides the perfect introduction to competitive volleyball while keeping commitments manageable for families. You'll gain valuable tournament experience, develop competitive skills, and build confidence on the court—all close to home.

Limited Level: RIPTIDE
Expanding Your Competitive Reach
Who This Level is For: The Riptide level is built for athletes who are ready to broaden their horizons. If you've gained experience at the SoCal level or have previous travel volleyball exposure, Riptide offers the next challenge. This program introduces regional competition while preparing players for the demands of national-level play.
Competition Schedule: Riptide teams compete in all SCSN (Southern California Scholastic Network) tournaments in Orange County, plus one National Qualifier tournament held out of state. This carefully structured schedule provides consistent regional competition while giving athletes a taste of the national stage—an invaluable experience for skill development and exposure.

Who This Level is For: Surge represents the pinnacle of our Travel Program—designed for elite athletes who are serious about volleyball and their future in the sport. This level is for seasoned competitors with aspirations of college recruitment and playing at the highest levels of junior volleyball. If you're committed to excellence and ready for maximum competitive exposure, Surge is your program.
Competition Schedule: Surge teams compete in all SCSN (Southern California Scholastic Network) tournaments in Orange County, two National Qualifier tournaments (out of state), and one National Championship or End of Year Event (out of state). This comprehensive tournament schedule provides maximum visibility for college recruitment and the most challenging competitive experience available.
